Nori seaweed, also known as Yahi-Nori, is an edible seaweed originally cultivated in Japan. It is a red algae that turns black or green after a specific drying process.
It is characterized by an exceptional content of high-quality proteins and micronutrients. Among these micronutrients, it is rich in iodine, sodium, iron, potassium, and beta-carotene.
