Sun Clad Short Grain Shinode Rice is ideal for Japanese cuisine in general and sushi in particular: its short and round grain remains slightly sticky, allowing for a well-formed sushi. Its fragrance, flavors, and texture are highly appreciated.

Packaged in a 10 kg bag, it can be stored well as long as it is protected from heat and humidity and the bag is properly closed once opened.

Cooking Instructions:

- Rinse the rice thoroughly.

- Add 1 part rice to 1/2 parts salted cold water.

- Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat, and let simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.

- Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
