Nata de coco is coconut jelly flavored with fruit and cut into small cubes.

It is an edible product made by fermenting coconut water, gelatinous, translucent, mainly composed of water and cellulose.

Coconut jelly is a perfect substitute for fruit pearls or tapioca pearls in bubble tea as a topping for your bubble tea.

Ingredients: Nata de coco (fermented coconut water), fructose syrup, water, sugar, citric acid (E330), potassium sorbate (E202), xanthan gum (E415), calcium lactate (E327), tartrazine (E102)*, sunset yellow (E110)*. Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture.
